Training Course Terms and Conditions

These terms were last updated and are effective from 1 February 2024.

1) Contact

We are Obvis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.  Our company registration number is 4550257 and our registered office is 2 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter EX1 1QT.

You can contact us by emailing sales@obvis.com.

If we have to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address provided at the time of booking, or by telephone if you have provided a contact number.

2) Booking and payment

For current course cost and availability, please refer to www.obvis.com/training.

Course places are strictly limited. Your booking cannot be confirmed until we have received full payment or a purchase order.

Payment can be made online by credit or debit card using the link provided on the invoice, or by BACS.

For purchase orders, payment terms are within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

3) About the event

We will aim to issue directions and/or joining instructions to all delegates by email no later than 7 days before the event (or at the time of booking if later).  If you haven’t received an email by that date then please contact us.

We may distribute printed or digital materials during or after the event. Any such materials are for your own use. No reproduction or further distribution is permitted without prior written consent. Posting on company intranets, shared drives, or similar is reproduction in this sense.

We will ask for feedback after each event. This is in order to help us improve however if you have a specific concern you wish to discuss, please refer to section 6 below.

4) Special requirements

We will do our best to accommodate special requirements. Please email sales@obvis.com at time of booking.

5) Cancellation, transfer or postponement

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event. Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if there are insufficient delegate numbers or if for example the trainer is ill. Wherever possible, we will contact you in advance. When courses are cancelled we will aim to reschedule. Alternatively, you may ask for a refund.
